  Called and asked if they have senior discount and said 10%. So i ordered king arthur supreme with senior discount. Whoever answered the phone said they will apply it when i come to pick it up so i said no problem. As i was paying i mentioned about the senior discount but the cashier didnt apply it. So she went inside and another young lady came out and started telling me ,you should have mentioned about it before paying with her tone of voice as if i was at fault and that she cannot undo what register charged me. I said i did tell her and that you can always return and charge again. Then she said oh its because she is new. Then what the heck is she accusing me of not elling me about the discount.There was no apology and she sounded so arrogant. With all the pizza places around my area, customer service should always be the priority to keep once business going. Such attitude can drive customers away.
