  Must try is the Pork Bossam (boiled pork), fatty and delicious. That seemed to be the popular dish everyone orders, including myself. It's served with a spicy radish mix that has raw oysters in it along with the cabbage lettuce wraps and salted shrimp dipping sauce. We also tried the spicy whole chicken platter (dahkdoritang), which takes 30min to prepare so if you plan on ordering any of their platters you need to consider the 30min wait time it will take to prepare the food. They give you a lot of side dishes, which i love, and refill as requested. They tend to get busy on holidays and during the peak dinner times (6pm-8pm) on the wknds. We went on Easter sunday and it was a madhouse. There were 5 waitresses and a packed house, so the food took some time to come out, as well as the side dish refills, but the food was still delicious. Will definitely come back again.
